3. WhatsApp & Meta Data
When you connect your WhatsApp Business number to AgentFlow via Meta's WhatsApp Business API:
- We store your WhatsApp Business Account ID and Phone Number ID
- We access your WhatsApp messages solely to provide automated follow-up services
- We do not read, store, or share your personal WhatsApp conversations outside of the AgentFlow platform
- Message content is used only to track lead engagement and trigger follow-up sequences
- We comply fully with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only with:
- Meta / WhatsApp: To send messages via WhatsApp Business API
- OpenAi: To generate automated message content and property listings
- Payment processors: To handle subscription billing securely
- Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our legal rights
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your AgentFlow account is active. If you cancel your account:
- Your account data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation
- Lead data and message history are permanently deleted within 30 days
- You may request immediate deletion by contacting us

If you are based in the UK or European Union, you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
